- Costings
- Suppliers
- Reporting
- Operational workflows
Clarus is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
3. Account Registration
To use Clarus, users must:
- Create an account
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Use secure passwords
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
Clarus is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from poor password security.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use Clarus for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Interfere with system security
- Upload malicious content
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Use Clarus in a way that harms service availability
Clarus reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Subscription & Billing
Clarus may operate on a subscription basis.

8. Availability & Service
Clarus aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
- Continuous uptime
Maintenance and updates may occasionally cause downtime.
Clarus is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Indirect damages
9. Support
Clarus provides support via:

- Documentation
Response times are not guaranteed but reasonable efforts will be made.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Clarus may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For non-payment
- For misuse
- For security concerns
- For breach of these Terms
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
11. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Data may remain temporarily
- Data may then be deleted
Customers should export data before cancellation.
Clarus is not responsible for data retention after deletion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarus shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages
Clarus liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
13. Intellectual Property
Clarus platform, software, and design remain the property of:
